This course provides an introduction to wildland fire behavior, wildland firefighting safety and wildland firefighting techniques. The course covers the basic skills necessary to fight wildland fires under close supervision. NWCG Courses completed in class include S-130, S-190, L-180, IS-100 and IS-700. Also includes the Work Capacity Test (WCT) which is needed for employment. 10/05/2024 - 11/23/2024
