Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, and specimen processing. This course is designed to provide students with active-learning experiences and hands-on training necessary to develop the skills of an entry-level phlebotomist. The student will learn the procedures performed by a phlebotomist and will become familiar with different types of equipment and techniques applied.
