Addresses hematology and urinalysis laboratory techniques within laboratory assistant level scope of practice. Correct specimen collection techniques, hematology and urinalysis terminology, and quality assurance issues, will be practiced. This course covers hematology and urinalysis theory at the clinical assistant level scope of practice. Correct specimen collection will be emphasized.
