2020/WI First-Year French I (FR-101-OC01)

First term of a three-term foundational, multimedia course in beginning French designed to give students basic communicative proficiency in the target language. Students will practice all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Special attention will be paid to pronunciation, essential grammar structures, and attendant cultural elements.
